Major Fund Raising Event for RARE

Good Evening, The Rotary Clubs of Bribie Island and Caboolture will be holding the annual Rotary Charity Race Day on Sunday the 22^nd October at the Sunshine Coast Turf Club, Caloundra.  All proceeds of the Race Day go to Rotary Australia Repurposing Equipment Program (RARE). 

 

How can your Club assist us raise funds for this important Rotary Program:-

 

As part of the Race Day we have a raffle (1^st Prize is a Cruise for two to the value of $4000 or a $4000 travel voucher) and we are seeking your Club’s assistance in selling raffle tickets.  Your members can buy tickets online or alternatively I can send you some raffle ticket books to sell – your help in raising funds for RARE would be greatly appreciated.

 

Please let me know if you would like some raffle tickets to sell.

 

Come join us for a day of excitement at the Rotary Charity Race Day on the 22^nd October.  The day includes:

Cost $100 pp – Tickets can be purchased online or if your members do not want to pay the online merchant fees I can arrange for a direct deposit.

 

Our Kenny cluster may be interested in sponsoring a Race for the day – The Rotary Clubs of Bribie Island and Caboolture have already resolved to part sponsor a race but need the support of other clubs in our cluster.  I have included a leaflet which details the benefits of Race Sponsorship. Some of the clubs in the Kinross Cluster have already undertaken to sponsor a race on the day. 

 

Your club also may be aware of local businesses that may wish to sponsor a Race.

 

Your Club’s assistance in this major fund-raising event for RARE would be greatly appreciated.  If you would like someone from our Rotary Charity Race Day committee to visit your club and briefly talk about the Race Day please let me know
