Thank you for your enquiry regarding this year’s Melbourne Cup Luncheon.
If you want friends to join you at your table on Melbourne Cup day, it is just a matter of them relaying that information to the Reception team when they make their booking. Reception will forward the details to the Functions Team who will be generating the floor plan based on the bookings and requests such as this one. They can either book under your name or their own… either way we will still send a request through to have you all seated together on the day.
