As the registered Team Leader of your Trivia Team last night, you are receiving this email to convey, first our most sincere thanks for putting your Team together. The Rotary Club of Caloundra Pacific is extremely grateful for your team’s participation and I share in hoping you (all) had an enjoyable evening. So much so that you will consider attending again next year.
Second, I am hoping you can assist me with some feedback – one thing we did well (I hope there was something 😊) and one thing (in particular) that you think we could consider doing better.
The world is evolving and we all need to evolve with it – hoping to make things better, not worse. Your valuable feed back will aid us in trying to provide a better, more enjoyable event that you would be proud to recommend to friends, family , work colleagues – basically anybody you know.
Your constructive criticism may hurt me for a few moments (I’m very sensitive 😊) but to improve we must listen and strive to make this event interesting and enjoyable.
Remember this is an event that raises money for the benefit of children less fortunate. We want to continue our endeavours but need your assistance to do so.
