On the morning of September 6th 2026, we are staging this pirate themed event, aimed at families with children.
We will run it at Bulcock Beach where there is a grassed area and access to the sand for the Treasure Hunt. It is also close to the CBD traders
The main event will be the treasure hunts for various age groups. There will also be prizes for best dressed, a raffle, food stalls, face painting, and other attractions dependent on sponsorship. Funds raised will be returned to the community via Rotary projects.
The date is not in the school holidays, so customer relationships formed will be with locals.
The event will be on Father’s Day, so that will add some promotional opportunities.
We are looking for businesses to help out with prizes and sponsorship of events and activities.

We are looking for packages of $20 value prizes for each child, and also higher value adult prizes.
