In accordance with Rotary’s privacy policy, we are unable to share detailed personal giving information of individual Rotarians. Key Reports Available to You: 1. Paul Harris Fellow and Benefactor Report: Lists Paul Harris Fellows and Benefactors in your club. Use the dropdown menu to filter by club members or include all recipients. 2. Club Recognition Summary: Displays your club’s available Foundation recognition points, individual recognition levels, and the date of each member’s first time Paul Harris Fellow achievement. You can also view the most recent contribution date and the fund designation. On the report, the dropdown menu in the top-left corner allows you to choose whether to report on members only or to include non-members as well. 3. 4. Major Donor, Arch C. Klumph Society and Bequest Society Report: Displays the name of Rotarians along with their ID’s, recognition level and the achieve date. At the end of the report, it lists the total number of Major donors / AKS and Bequest Society members in your club. 5. Club Fundraising Analysis Report: Offers a four-year comparison of your club’s contributions and progress toward Foundation goals. 6. Paul Harris Society Report: Lists Paul Harris Society members and their current giving status. 7. Monthly Contribution Report: This report Summarizes fund contributions by clubs in your district, highlighting monthly activity, cumulative totals, and engagement levels. 8. PolioPlus Report: Outlines each club’s monthly and year-to-date PolioPlus contributions, Rotarian counts, and progress toward fundraising goals, Towards the end of the page, summarizes a district’s financial goals, contributions, and progress toward polio eradication funding targets. 9. SHARE Contribution Detail: Insights into a detailed monthly breakdown of club contributions for the Rotary year (program year can be current year e.g. 2026), culminating in a year-to-date total from the prior third year. It then reflects the final distribution of funds between the World Fund and District Designated Fund (DDF) during the current year at the end of the report.
