1941- Born in Lyon (France) from a Swiss Father and a Czech mother 

1943 – left France during the war to move and settle in Switzerland.

 

1958-1962 Technicum Cantonal of St-Imier - Engineering Degree, Electronics & Communications 

1964 - Migrated to Australia, responding to a demand for qualified personnel in a developing Nation, an initiative from Prime Minister Robert Menzies.

1986 - My wife Yvonne gave birth to our Son Nicolas in Sarina Beach Qld

Developed the first domestic sewage treatment “Aqua-Nova”(QLD)  and gained Queensland Government approval for installation in all new dwellings.

H2o Solutions Pty Ltd. Darwin NT. - Formed a new company specialising in waste water treatment with the intention of expanding in South East Asia.

Moved from Darwin to the Sunshine Coast to work at Suncoast Waste Water Management until retirement in 2014

Involved in the creation and development of the Caloundra Men's Shed with the financial assistance of the Rotary Club of Caloundra and was elected President. 

Rotary Project volunteer in the Solomon Islands to rebuild the school amenities and  the Hospital damaged by a Tsunami on the island of Sassamunga.

Awarded the Paul Harris Fellow Certificate. In appreciation of tangible and significant assistance given for the furtherance of better understanding and friendly relations among peoples of the world. 

Joined the Caloundra Rotary Club and was elected President in 2022-2023 and again in 2023- 2024

2024 - Rotary volunteer for a project in the Philippines to install a Biogas system for an orphanage in Bohol.

Active member of the Caloundra Men's Shed, the Rotary Club and the Repair Cafe.

Points of Interests :

Fishing, walking, reading Australian stories, travelling overseas and love the Australian Bush, playing Chess and telling yarns and eating out.
