Last Tuesday's meeting at the Queensland Air Museum ( well done Darryl!) was amazing and very well attended by members.
Thanks to Murray and his trusty chuck wagon for a wonderful brekky burger and fabulous coffee. Big thanks to “Grounds for Good”, Murrays Coffee Van.
Our Host Andrew took us on a journey through time, as we looked at various planes mostly used in war time. Many of the exhibits are replicas and one really exciting one is the plane flown by The Red Baron (Manfred Von Richthhofen) ( Fokker DR.1 Triplane which is a replica) If you can't remember who The Red Baron was BIG CLUE -He was Snoopy's nemises….

Our club presented a cheque for a princely sum of $500.00.
